Date: June 2 - 5, 2026

Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia

Booth: Booths: 18 & 19

Meet Certara at PAGE 2026

Quantitative modeling is central to regulatory and development decision-making. As expectations for model credibility and dose justification evolve, integrated pharmacometrics strategies are essential.

At PAGE, we’ll showcase our advanced modeling software combined with clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics consulting, supporting programs from early clinical development through global submission.

Our Approach

We provide integrated, regulatory-aligned Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) support across the full spectrum of quantitative methodologies, including:

  • Population pharmacokinetics (PopPK) and exposureโ€“response (ER) modeling
  • Physiologically based pharmacokinetics (PBPK)
  • Quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP)
  • Model-based meta-analysis (MBMA)
  • Standard and expedited pharmacometrics programs

Our cross-functional expertise ensures models are strategically designed, rigorously validated, and positioned to support high-impact regulatory and development decisions.

Why Connect with Certara at PAGE?

  • Discuss integrated modeling strategies across modalities and phases
  • Explore scalable support from focused analyses to full development programs
  • Meet the scientists contributing to the PAGE scientific program

Advancing a complex program? Letโ€™s connect at PAGE 2026

Tutor: Stephen Duffull

Meeting Room: Lopud (Valamar Lacroma)

Summary

A hands-on workshop with Professor Stephen Duffull focused on using RsNLME in R to build, edit, and run Phoenix NLME population models.

Key Points

  • Learn population PK/PD modeling using RsNLME (R-based Phoenix NLME engine)
  • Edit and execute PML models within R
  • Led by a globally recognized pharmacometrician
  • RsNLME licenses provided (free for academia)

Tuesday, June 2 | 9:00 โ€“ 5:00
MBMA Workshop

Tutors: Matt Zierhut, Paul Diderichsen, and Li Qin

Meeting room: Olipa 2

Attendees of this one-day workshop will learn about model-based meta-analysis (MBMA) โ€“ starting with the basic principles of meta-analysis and moving toward detailed applications of complex MBMA methodologies. Concepts will be explained using case studies, accompanied by detailed hands-on exercises based on Certaraโ€™s CODEX software platform, R scripts and real datasets.
