Video Coming Soon

Dr. Johan Gabrielsson, famed for his book “Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Data Analysis,” collaborates with co-authors Drs. Bernd Wendt and Keith Nieforth from Certara on the forthcoming 6th edition. The new edition introduces an innovative chapter on population analyses using Non-Linear Mixed Effects models, enhanced by real-life case studies.

Drs. Gabrielsson and Wendt will co-present a case study focusing on population analysis, showcasing some of the novel features of the 6th edition.

The webinar is organised in two parts; Dr. Gabrielsson will discuss the pharmacological objectives of experimental data, which will be followed by Dr. Wendt’s demonstration on how to build and evaluate a population model using the Phoenix-NLME software. There will be time for Q & A.

This webinar is the first of a series of events. Future webinars will cover:

  • Target mediated drug disposition, (analysis of a human PK study with co-variates)
  • First time in human dosing (analysis of allometric relationships)
  • New ideas about machine learning coupled to real life experimental data from animals and humans.
