How can we design drug development to deliver equitable outcomes from the start?
This 60-minute session introduces a Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) framework that integrates translational science, clinical pharmacology, and regulatory strategy to proactively advance pharmacoequity. Through real-world case examples, including maternal health and pediatrics, we demonstrate how PBPK, QSP, and exposure–response modeling can reduce uncertainty, support broader inclusion in Phase 3 trials, strengthen dose justification and labeling, and address evidence gaps in underrepresented populations.
Join our Certara experts to explore how integrated, quantitative strategies can transform development programs and accelerate equitable access to medicines for all patients.
