Summary
In this expert led session, Professor Mikko Niemi from the University of Helsinki will explore how Phoenix can be used to characterize statin pharmacokinetics through non compartmental analysis (NCA) and how these results can be integrated into downstream genomic and statistical workflows. Drawing on findings from recent pharmacogenetic studies, the session guides participants through the complete analytical pipeline – from NCA to genome wide association studies (GWAS) and the interpretation of genetic determinants of statin disposition.
