At the American Conference on Pharmacometrics (ACoP 2025), one message resonated across every session, panel, and hallway conversation: the future of drug development lies in scalability, integration, and real-world application.

This year’s meeting was a celebration of innovation in Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD), showcasing how Virtual Twin® technology, real world data, virtual control arms, and AI are transforming the way researchers and regulators approach decision making.

From hands on workshops to poster presentations and scientific symposia, ACoP 2025 embodied collaboration at its best, connecting scientists, modelers, and industry leaders to advance translational science and accelerate the path from concept to clinic.

Certara at the center of innovation

As a global leader in model-informed drug development and quantitative science, Certara was proud to be at the forefront of these conversations, demonstrating how our integrated ecosystem of technologies and consulting expertise drives smarter, faster development decisions.

Our collective presence included:

Together, these engagements showcased how Certara helps our partners make confident, data-driven decisions that move science and treatments forward.

Honoring leadership in quantitative pharmacology

A special highlight was celebrating Professor Amin Rostami Hodjegan, recipient of the prestigious Lewis B. Sheiner Award, recognizing his outstanding contributions and visionary leadership that continue to shape the field of pharmacometrics research worldwide.

Workshops that packed the room

Our QSP Workshop featuring Certara IQ was a huge success, with every seat taken. Attendees were eager to see firsthand how this revolutionary platform is transforming QSP modeling at scale. Equally exciting was our MBMA Session which drew standing room only crowds eager to explore first-hand some detailed applications of MBMA using case studies. Both sessions proved how scalable biosimulation can improve model transparency, enhance collaboration, and accelerate clinical insight generation.
