Protein Degrader Model Pack

Pre-built library of validated QSP models for PROTACs and molecular glue degraders

QSP models for protein degraders

The Protein Degrader Model Pack offers a comprehensive suite of quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models tailored for PROTAC and Molecular Glue Degrader pharmacologies. This pre-built model pack is used with Assess™, and it supports precise predictions and informed decision-making in the development of protein degraders.

Four models covering in vivo and in vitro pharmacologies

Includes PROTAC and Molecular Glue Degrader targeting intracellular proteins

Default parameter values based on expansive literature searches

Model diagrams and parameters

Each model in the Protein Degrader Model Pack includes a mechanism of action diagram and a pharmacology diagram with model parameters and their nominal values. Each model in Assess™ has a unique set of parameters, based on the model pharmacology and number of compartments. In the app, each parameter contains a default value based on expansive literature searches and references.
