Cell Engager Model Pack

Pre-built library of validated QSP models for solid tumor research

QSP models for cell engagers

The Cell Engager Model Pack offers a comprehensive suite of models to enhance your oncology research. This pre-built model pack is used with Assess™, and each model is meticulously crafted to simulate the pharmacological interactions of biotherapeutics, providing insights into therapeutic index (TI) and dose tolerability. By integrating these models into your research, you can predict therapeutic outcomes, optimize biotherapeutic designs, and evaluate risks such as on-target, off-tumor toxicities.

Cell Engager for Solid Tumors: A four-compartment model linking T cell receptors (TCR) to tumor-associated antigens (TAA) on tumor and normal cells.

Tumor Cell Engager for In-Vitro Experiments: Models TCR interactions with TAA in controlled experimental environments.

Effector Cell Engager for Multi-Cell Tumors: Simulates biotherapeutics engaging effector cell receptors (ECR) across two effector cell types.

Model diagrams and parameters

Each model in the Cell Engager Model Pack includes a mechanism of action diagram and a pharmacology diagram with model parameters and their nominal values. Each model in Assess™ has a unique set of parameters, based on the model pharmacology and number of compartments. In the app, each parameter contains a default value based on expansive literature searches and references.
