Most biotech companies don’t fail to raise capital because the science is wrong. They fail because investors can’t see a credible path from discovery to value creation.

In partnership with Life Science Nation, this webinar brings together investors, founders, and drug development strategists to unpack what actually makes an early-stage biotech investable beyond biology. The panel will cover how to align science, team, and capital strategy; why exit planning needs to start on day one; and the specific credibility gaps that make investors walk away.

Key learning objectives:

  • What investors are really evaluating when they assess an early-stage asset and the difference between compelling biology and development readiness
  • How to build the “Tripod” of science, people, and capital so they mature together instead of working against each other
  • Why identifying your likely acquirer or partner early increases optionality and strengthens your pitch
  • The green flags and red flags investors look for in a development plan, and the credibility gaps that undermine even strong science
  • How to think beyond your next financing round anticipating shifts in regulatory environments, standard of care, and capital markets

This webinar is ideal for

  • Pre-Series A to Series B biotech founders
  • CSOs and CEOs
  • Translational medicine leaders
  • Business development leaders
  • Investors evaluating early-stage assets
