Publication: Applied Clinical Trials
Bayesian design is changing how clinical trials are planned and conducted, offering a more flexible and efficient alternative to traditional methods. Instead of relying only on fixed assumptions set at the beginning of a trial, Bayesian approaches allow researchers to continuously incorporate new data as it becomes available.
In part 5 of this Applied Clinical Trials interview, David Morton highlights growing acceptance from regulatory agencies for sponsors using Bayesian approaches to help make clinical drug trials more responsive, informative, and patient-centered.
