Floris Fauchet is a Senior Director and Pharmacometrician at Certara, where he leads the Europe/Africa 1 team. A pharmacist by training, he completed his PhD before joining Sanofi, where he spent four years in the oncology group working across both small‑molecule and antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) programs. Since joining Certara in 2018, Floris has supported multiple filing programs in oncology and atopic dermatitis, contributing expertise in population PK and exposure–response modeling for monoclonal antibodies and small molecules. He now oversees scientific delivery and team development across a diverse portfolio of global pharmacometrics projects.
