As radioligand therapies continue to advance in oncology, understanding the relationship between administered activity, absorbed dose, and biological effect is critical for optimizing treatment strategies.
In this poster, Certara scientists demonstrate how population pharmacokinetic (popPK) modeling can be used to evaluate absorbed dose, biologically effective dose (BED), and radionuclide daughter translocation for radioligand therapies. The findings highlight how modeling and simulation can support dose optimization decisions, improve dosimetry assessments, and help address key questions related to precision dosing and Project Optimus objectives.
