An open source Python package (pyDarwin) has been released by Certara to automate model selection using machine learning.  Pirana 23.1.1 integrates command-line pyDarwin capabilities into the GUI, including new features to setup, manage, and execute a ‘Darwin’ machine learning model search. The webinar will cover concepts on machine learning model selection, including the definition of a ‘search space’, strengths and weaknesses of different algorithms, and provide an overview of the new Darwin search feature in Pirana.
