The Cracow HTA Symposium, hosted annually by Certara, has become a leading forum for advancing health technology assessment across Central and Eastern Europe. In 2025, the Symposium welcomed a record-breaking audience of over 150 policymakers, HTA leaders, industry experts, clinicians, and patient representatives for two days of high-level dialogue and practical insight.

Discussions focused on the implementation of EU Joint Clinical Assessments (JCAs), evolving national reimbursement frameworks, and strategies for aligning evidence generation with payer expectations. Country-level perspectives from across the region fostered meaningful exchange on shared challenges and collaborative opportunities. The 2025 event also reinforced its patient-centered mission through charitable initiatives supporting rare disease and obesity care.

Symposium Registration Fees

A registration fee of 3,000 PLN ($755 USD)** is required to attend the Cracow HTA Symposium. The fee covers

  • 2 days attendance of all program sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch breaks
  • Dinner with experts
  • Post-conference materials

**Note: Participation in the conference is free for government agencies.   

Upon receipt of registration, a conference organizer will contact you to process payment and provide additional details. Hotel accommodations are not included as part of the event registration fee.
