Summary
Prepare your organization for the next era of global pricing and market access.
The US Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing framework is rewriting how companies approach pricing architecture and launch sequencing across every market touched by its reference baskets. At the same time, the EU Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) is raising the evidence bar across 27 member states, with orphan medicines next in line by 2028. Together, they are not just changing what companies do. They are changing what is possible.
Join us for a live panel discussion featuring global industry leaders, market access experts, and former policymakers as they examine how these policy shifts are affecting both established and emerging pharmaceutical companies. Drawing on insights from Certara’s original 2026 survey of market access professionals, the panel will explore the strategic implications of MFN and JCA, discuss where organizations are adapting their strategies, and examine what these changes mean for both mature and emerging markets.
Whether you’re preparing for future launches, developing global pricing strategies, or anticipating evolving evidence expectations, this webinar will provide timely perspectives to help inform your decision-making.
