By accessing, browsing or using this web site, you are agreeing to accept and comply with the terms and conditions of use as stated below (“Terms of Use”), which Certara Companies may update at any time without notice. Please note that we may, at our sole discretion, terminate user access to this web site at any time without notice. 3.Refund Policy.  Certara customers can register online for training courses, and, where registration fees are required, may immediately confirm their seat by paying with a credit card.  If a participant cannot attend a class, they may send an alternate candidate at no additional charge. Participants also have the right to cancel. If a participant cancels, the following refund guidelines will apply:

4. Communications. EXCEPT FOR ANY DISCLOSURE BY YOU FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT PURPOSES, or as specified in our Privacy Statement, all communications from you to this web site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that any and all comments, information, feedback and ideas regarding any of the Certara Companies or any of their products or services that users communicate to any of the Certara Companies (“Feedback”) will be deemed, at the time of communication to such Certara Company, the property of such Certara Company. Such Certara Company shall be entitled to full rights of ownership, including, without limitation, unrestricted right to use or disclose such Feedback in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed, and for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or your employer. 3. Notice of Disclosure of User Information. Certara Companies do not sell, trade, or transfer User Information to third parties. However, Certara Companies may share User Information with business partners for marketing, advertising, or product/service offering purposes. For example, Certara Companies may provide User Information to select service providers for direct email distribution of newsletters, on-line surveys, or notification to viewers. Certara Companies will disclose User Information if: Certara Companies has your consent; Certara Companies need to share it in order to provide you with requested products/services they request; Certara Companies has to respond to a court order, or you violate the Terms of Use, Special Terms of Use, or this Privacy Policy. You may separately agree to provide personal information to third parties including, Certara Companies partners, in order to access and/or use their products and/or services.
