Dr. Igor Rubets has directed statistical analyses and reporting on a number of studies in early and late clinical research; he also worked as a pharmacokineticist on Phase I BE/BA and DDI studies for most of his 20+ year carrier in clinical pharmacology. His expertise in biostatistics includes analyses of variance, generalized linear and nonlinear mixed models, longitudinal, survival and time to event analyses. His experience in pharmacokinetic analysis spans non-compartmental and population PK/PD modeling and simulation. He participated in drug development programs in the therapeutics areas of rare genetic diseases, oncology, cardiovascular, infectious and metabolic diseases. He has authored or co-authored several abstracts and manuscripts. His programming expertise includes SAS, R and Python programming languages, and he is a Certified CDISC Professional. He earned his PhD from the University of Kharkov, and he is a member of American Statistical Association.
