Dr. Christine Neumar received her PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017. Her research was focused on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling and simulation of chemotherapy and radiotherapy induced hematological toxicity in oncology. During her PhD she interned with the clinical translational modeling and simulation department at Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
After completing her PhD she joined Fractal Therapeutics as an engineer doing PKPD modeling and simulation for internal and external clients primarily in the preclinical oncology space. Christine joined Certara Strategic Consulting in December 2019 as an associate scientist in the pharmacometrics group. She is excited about using modeling to optimize drug development and improve patient outcomes.
