Benjamin Rich is a Senior Modeler at Certara. He has over 10 years of experience in pharmacometrics, biostatistics and statistical computing with expertise in a broad range of areas including population pharmacokinetics, exposure-response modeling, time-to-event analysis, causal inference, dynamic treatment regimes, meta-analysis and Bayesian methods.
Dr. Rich holds a PhD in Biostatistics from McGill University. During his post-doctoral studies at the McGill University Health Center his research focused on meta-analysis, cardiac epidemiology and health technology assessment. He has taught courses in statistics, mathematics and computing at both the undergraduate and graduate level. He has authored or co-authored 15 peer-reviewed publications, and has reviewed for leading journals such as Epidemiology and Statistics in Medicine.
