Nearly half of drug candidates entering into pre-clinical development will be lost due to lack of safety. Join this webinar to hear Jordi Mestres discuss current trends in off-target prediction and its use to anticipate adverse drug reactions. Attendees will learn about scientific developments enabling researchers to identify, monitor, and address safety issues earlier in the process by predicting the off-target pharmacology and associated side effect profile of small molecules from their two-dimensional structure. During the presentation, illustrative examples of retrospective validations will be discussed as well as some recently published prospective studies.

Productivity in the drug discovery process is often rate limited by many inefficiencies that cost the industry significant time and money through unnecessary delays in the iterative design process. Efficiency is limited by such tasks as: • Integrating the latest versions of all relevant data from many disparate sources • The ability to quickly and easily mine or query the data • The ability to easily analyze the data with only the most robust, useful and integrated tools • Easy tools for sharing findings with project teams and management This webinar will describe how one organization designed and built a solution to help overcome these bottlenecks in the drug discovery process and deployed it to its global user community to improve efficiency by 20%. The webinar will provide a detailed perspective from a medicinal chemistry leader into the core capabilities and features of D360 that improved the productivity for his team. Run time is one (1) hour.

In this webcast we demonstrate how D360 allows scientists to quickly and easily obtain the data they need, understand that data through integrated scientific analysis tools, and share findings with their project teams. D360 supports all scientific informatics tasks from easily creating project SAR tables, to understanding what compounds are in stock and what reagents are available and comparing projects and finding specific assays. Built in analysis capabilities such as data formatting, statistics, annotation, data visualizations including similarity maps and R-Group analyses serve 95% of general analysis needs. Integration with 3rd party products such as JMP and Spotfire allow advanced analysis while simple export to Excel or Spotfire support further communication of extracted information for internal of research virtualization needs. The D360 group workspace system allows all system queries, datasets and lists to be saved and shared between internal and external project teams. Run time for this webcast is one (1) hour.
